They had no children, just a dog. These are public documents. I decided this morning to pay the $7 to pull this up. Below is a summary of Gary Michelson’s divorce. I will not write his wife’s name in text. She’s been through enough. I’m very happy to see she got over this, found a nice man and is happily married. I will write her name as AA.

Gary Michelson and AA were married January 30, 2000 in Salt Lake City, Utah. They had a Michelson-***** Antenuptial Agreement signed January 13, 2000. I was told that the agreement stated if she stayed married to him for one or two years, she would get $5 million dollars. Below is a summary of the divorce documents which are linked below.

All income each owned during the marriage is their own income. All property owned before marriage is still owned only by that party. Date of separate is June 3, 2002. Looks like she moved out of his house. July 1, 2002 AA filed a petition for dissolution of marriage. No children. Each party waived right to discovery. She cites irreconcilable differences, “Irreconcilable differences have arisen between the partes which have led to the irremediable breakdown of the marriage, making it impossible for the parties to live together as husband and wife.”

Each agree there is no real community property. Following community property transferred to husband with all liabilities.

Any joint bank accounts opened by husband during marriage.

4728 Emerald Bay Dr, Arivin, California.

1/3 community interest in raw land in Arivin, California.

All interest in Paradise Lakes property. AA gets $215K in exchange for signing it over.

Any furniture, furnishings, appliances, artwork in husband’s possession including but not limited to automobiles, Malibu boat and trailer.

AA gets all personal property in her possession including a wetsuit not currently in her possession. (Gary wouldn’t just mail her back her water skiing wetsuit?)

AA waives spousal support but gets $25K.

Gary agrees to pay her automobile insurance, gas for car, cell phone bill until judgment is final.

AA got $200K while they were married. She can keep it. She can keep her wedding ring. That ugly 1999 Chrysler Prowler? She can keep that too. She gets house at 1724 N Rose, Burbank, CA which was in both of their name. She sold it in 2006 for $635K. She can use their credit card until judgment is final.

Wife has option of visiting with “Bull” their dog once a week for an overnight, at a time and place mutually agreed upon by the parties.

They were together 2 years, 4 months.

AA filed for divorce. Gary did not reply. He lost/they settled by mutual agreement and judgment. He could not have replied or it probably would have voided their antenuptual agreement. Below is the divorce petition and final judgment.

His ex-wife seems like a genuinely nice down to earth person. She is a PhD is psychology. I bet she thought she could cure his crazy. She obviously did not realize how deep seated and permanent his crazy is. I’m glad she went on to a much better life and is truly happy. Gary deserves all the miserable shit that he gets.

Notice she still wanted to visit Bull the pitbull dog but not Gary. That says an awful lot right there.

Gary Michelson admits investment gains on teak farms

Dr. Gary Michelson has publicly admitted many times that he made a lot of money off his teak farms.This of course is contrary to what he’s said in sworn legal documents to police and the district attorney. He lies to them and says he lost money even though he made millions and millions of dollars on the deals. He also promised to spend all of the $1.3M he got on his foundations but hasn’t. Temple U. grad studied medicine at Hahnemann (now part of Drexel U.). Made first fortune as a surgeon inventing spinal implants. Settled nasty intellectual property lawsuit with medical device maker Medtronic in 2005. Payoff: $1.4 billion. “I don’t think I’ve spent one penny of that money.” Set up 2 foundations: one supports scientific research, the other strives to save unloved pets. Says philanthropy funded by investment gains. Has planted 3.5 million teak trees in Costa Rica since 1999.

I was looking for some emails and found this from March 17, 2007.  I’m emailing a friend of Gary’s.

“I just spoke to him (Gary). He was like “what is it Mary?” real sarcastic. I told him that Loftus was going to sue him for libel, slander, defamation, tortious interference with  his business. He said he ‘would welcome the lawsuit.’ He said ‘Loftus is a very bad man’.”

Loftus did indeed sue him for all these things and Gary instantly settled. Loftus did not take a penny. Gary actually owed Loftus money. Gary lied to the police, and everyone else, when he said Loftus embezzled and stole money. Gary knew that I knew the truth. I was there when he defamed Loftus to Boks, LAPD, Mayor’s office…. Gary knew that I knew that Loftus didn’t do that. Why then would Gary lie to me? Because he’s crazy and delusional.

I was going through documents and spoke to some of Gary Michelson’s ex-friends. I re-read the false and perjurious statement Gary Michelson made about me. There are many glaring errors.

One, he keeps calling his foundation the “Found Animal Foundation.” Gary Michelson always corrected people. It’s the “Found AnimalS Foundation.” If Gary wrote that statement he would have spelled the name of his foundation correctly. He misspells the name every single time which was five times in a row on one page.

Two, he states his foundation is private. It’s not private, has never been private. It’s a public 501 3c charitable organization founded December 2005.

Three, Gary Michelson stated that I chiefly interacted with Dave. I mainly interacted with Gary. I spoke to Gary all the time, met with him four times. I only met with Dave twice.

Four, he states when he saw my work he was “dissatisfied with the quality of my work.” Gary only saw my report on “The Economics of Animal Control.” He said he loved my work. He said the same to other people who emailed me the same. Dave even told me that Gary told him he loved my work.

Five, he states “because of her poor performance, we terminated our relationship with Cummins.” He previously told me and others that he loved my work, I’m “brilliant,” “smart….” He states “we” terminated our relationship. Dave is the one who told me he was “taking the foundation in another direction,” i.e. kiosks and microchips. For that reason my “services were no longer needed.” When I called up Gary because I hadn’t received my check he said “I was out of the country. I had no idea you were terminated at all. I need you to write a legal statement for me about Dave. I need you to find Dave because the police will be arresting him. He stole, embezzled $200,000 from me. He’s a very bad man.” Obviously everything Gary said about Dave was defamatory and false. That is why Dave sued Gary and Gary instantly settled with Dave.

Six, Gary saw my presentation at the February 2006 “Ed Boks meet and greet.” Gary told Dave he was very impressed with my presentation and work. I made a new free website for the City of Los Angeles. In fact Gary ended up paying me to work on the city website when the city lost their web person to maternity leave. Gary hired me based on my presentation at that meeting. He said “I was very impressed with your work.”

As I read these other court documents Gary Michelson has no problem perjuring himself repeatedly. The worst perjury was when he said he had a signed, written contract with Philip stating he would only get 6% commission. He keeps stating he’ll produce it then he finally says it doesn’t exist. The agreement was oral. That is pivotal in his criminal and civil fraud cases.

The other main perjury is when he tells the LAPD, DA, Civil Judge, the media, anyone who would listen that he was defrauded of millions of dollars, he lost millions of dollars. “Neil is skiing with my money in Idaho.” Neil and Philip did not take one cent from Gary. Gary did not lose one cent. Gary made millions of dollars, upwards of $75,000,000 by my math.

I just hope that Gary Michelson’s lies and perjury come to light so the world can see that he’s a total liar. They also need to drop the charges against Philip. If anyone is ever contemplating doing any business with Gary Michelson, they should think twice. If they insist, written notarized contracts with witnesses. Don’t ever become his friend. Don’t go waterskiing or snow skiing. Just do business, nothing more.

Gary Michelson’s ex-wife is a psychiatrist

I was wondering what type of woman would ever agree to marry Gary Michelson. I found the answer. Gary Michelson’s ex-wife is a psychiatrist. She specializes in truly crazy people in jail besides a few other things. She is also a pilot and a big waterskier just like Gary.  Perhaps she thought she could “fix” Gary. She obviously could not. Some things can never be fixed. She has since remarried, changed her name, moved on with her life and appears to be very happy.

She was a pre-med psychology major when she met Gary. After they divorced she became a doctor of psychiatry. I would bet her experience with Gary Michelson is the reason she became a psychiatrist. It’s odd there are so many psychiatrists in Gary Michelson’s family. His step father, younger brother and now ex-wife. They say people become psychiatrists because they dealt with a crazy person in their life.
